i have a great conection to the internet throughmy btyahoo browser but when i try and use internet explorer to use a program called videora it just comes up with:

Why do you want to connect through IE? The BT browser is superior in lots of ways.
If you do want to connect with IE, you will have to configure IE to recognise your BT proxy settings. This can be done in Control Panel %26gt; Internet Options.

I had this same problem. Didn't know what it was then I checked the ethernet cable in the back of the modem and it had slipped half out. I pushed it back in and never had the problem again.
