Get windows XP or even vista
fdisk,format reinstall windows
please dont write urgent as this question is not a matter of time.

try reinstalling windows 98 that should solve your problem
make sure that the ie browser or the firefox browser is not the latest version.. it should be the version compatible with win98
You should clear your cookies and Temp files from your computer.

to clear temp file: go to search n type *.tmp click enter.

delete all files from here.

restart your pc and open ur browser.

if again u found problem so run any antivirus software.
Hello. I am not 100% sure, BUT it sounds like you've got some spyware, trojan, or virus on your system. To make sure your system does not have these, I'd first go to Microsoft.com and get the Malicious Tool Remover (if it's available for your OS). Then I'd go get some free antivirus and antispyware protection (i.e. like AVG's latest antivirus and Spyware Terminator... if available for your OS). Once you've got all three, open up the malicious tool remover, and if there's anything bad it'll remove it. Then after get the other apps on your system get the updates, then immediately get offline and run a check thoroughly through your system. Also, if you have ANY toolbars on your pc... remove them right away. Yes, they do provide a good service (so long as it's not Incredimail's added malware Alexa Toolbar), but IE tends to have crashes with these add-ons. So remove whatever add-ons you have and keep it up to date with updates. Good luck.
