Internet explorer being slow...?

my internet explorer has been really slow lately! in the botton left corner (where it says what it's doing like downloading or connecting blah blah...), it has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on it!...i think that means an error but it never goes away so how do i get rid of it and sleed up my explorer

sounds like you need firefox..its better :D drop that stupid IE.
it means theres a problem with the website you are going to, try going to other websites
install updates or what you could do is clear out your cache by going to tools, internet options, general tab and clearing out your history...
clear your history, empty your cache, and remove cookies. that should make things run a lot faster.
Clear all your temp,cookies, etc. but dont "reset".

Check and make sure your LAN settings or wht youre using is correct, unplug your router for 20 seconds, plug it back in, restart IE. ps...Have you installed any new app's??
