Internet explorer has encountered a problem?windows vista ultimate internet exploreru r welcome... n thanx for ur appreciation Report It

Which IE do you have? 6, 7?

Check for updates if its still in beta format.

Delete all history using tools and drop down menu.

Re boot, try again.

you may have to allow cookies for this site.

It could be ie 7 bugs if all else fails try fire fox browser and reinstall IE 6,

Hope it helps
You can't prevent it but i tell you that i never send a report because it is none of microsoft's business what happens on my comp. It is MS trying to control the world by finding out what goes on our PCs and if you use IE you have to put up with these inane msgs.
Seriously? ditch Internet Explorer and go to http://www.getfirefox.com its infintely better than IE, you'll love it just for the tabbed browsing alone, and its more secure as well.
try to remove the program are reinstall it from its original website again
first of all i presume you have anti virus and it is up to date i mean you have updated the definitions also you have done all the windows updates (security ones from Microsoft) http://www.microsoft.com you should also download a program called Ad-Aware SE personal from http:// www.lavasoft.com the free version update this and run a full scan when it has completed delete anything you find in there tick the boxes and then try to access your site again hope this helps
I get that EVERYTIME I am checking the football scores %26amp; stats....Even before I downloaded the IE7 thing.....

I have also had the problem of when I am in the middle of SOMETHING (of course) all of the sudden the screen flips to the Dell search page or whatever it is.... That makes me nuts!!!

I just keep sending error reports %26amp; contacting yahoo help.... I don't know what else to do about it, but you would think THEY would!!!!
SERIOUSLY i'll tell what to do, i open the lycos site and working fine for me%26gt; but i m using Mozilla Firefox%26gt; i want to help u whit my answer%26gt; and is faster theninternet explorer...Try it %26gt;it s free..now the 2.0 vers is out...
