Internet explorer help?i keep getting a strange error when i close it?

(with a red circle w/X in it)the instruction at"0x04192bf2"reference memory at "0x02ca6680".the memory could not be "read".click on OK to terminate the program

(on OK button).....what is this and what does it mean .how do i fix it ?
