Problem with internet explorer...?

every so often a dialogue box comes up that says that there is some kind of problem with internet explorer... i guess it is crashing?

it offers me two choices:

"send error report" and "don't send"

what does it all mean and what do i do here?

ps... i am a technophobe, so avoid jargon!

you get these messages when your rushing the computer.

Be more patient with the computer. observe the status on the bottom left and wait for "done" to appear.

Sending an error report the choice is yours but will always say the same thing "The program could not respond because another program was still in use" because your rushing the computer by continuously clicking on things.

The error report dialogue box appears when there is a problem with software that has crashed. It contains data about what was happening when the error occurs, but doesn't contain any personal information. The error report goes to Microsoft so that they can improve their software. If you don't want to send it then click Don't Send.

The thing about the error report is that if there is a fix for it out there and Microsoft knows about it, you will get a message that tells you were to look for info on fixing it.
I have found this happens to me if i click things faster than the computer can think. i was told by a pc guy that it is best to click don't send, if that is the case.
