Problems with Internet explorer?

I've been having some problems with my Internet Explorer. Everytime when I try to access certain websites, my Internet Explorer will show "The address is not valid" and "Most likely causes: There might be a typing error in the address. If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date." However, I am very sure that the addresses I typed are the correct ones. The same thing also happened when I tried to access the same websites through google or yahoo search or under my favorites. But when my sister tried to access the website using her own computer, she was able to do so, hence I am pretty sure that the website are working fine.

Can someone please help me with this problem?

Additional information: This problem occurred after I deleted some files under the Temp folder in my Window Vista. Could this be the cause of the problem? Did I deleted some files which I should not by accident?

Problems with Internet explorer?microsoft excel

Problems with Internet explorer?microsoft updates internet explorer

i dont know the answer to this but

NO, deleting the files under the TEMP folder couldnt have damaged anything so dont worry about that.

But why use Internet Explorer anyway

please consider changing to Mozilla Fire Fox.

i Recommend you it.
I think that there's some virus in ur system which is not letting u open the websites....Just use an effective antivirus like Kaspersky....Its best....Nd even try to reinstall the internet explorer....O r u can use Firefox....Dats best....

These two vl definitely help...njoy...!
