What's wrong with my internet explorer?

my internet explorer works well but every time i close the window it says that an error has occured and asks me for sending report.

i thought it might be a virus or spyware but i have an antivirus, norton internet security, and when i scan my comp it doesn't find anything. please help me. thank you.
